  1. Hello fellow members, So I'm looking for an engine for my 76 620. My original l20b is gone and i was wondering if an engine from a 260z or 280z would fit right in? i was looking at KA24 and Sr20 swaps but i kinda want to run a l series engine. Help a brotha out!
  2. How hard was it to make the engine fit? What mounts did you have to use?
  3. banzai510 : Yeah, it grabs while you turn it on but once the key comes back its dead again. Ill check the areas you suggested datzenmike : That is correct. chevysrule83 : Will do!
  4. datsunaholic : I read about that. But yeah it ran like a month and a half ago but then the charge light came up and shit started happening.
  5. chevysrule83 : It starts for like 2 seconds and then dies off.
  6. datzenmike : the only reason i put all those things new is because it needed them. the battery was close to done, the alternator was gone. The ignition could was the original one so i just replaced that thinking it was it.
  7. Hello guys, so my little beast hasn't been running and I'm trying to see if you guys could help me figure out whats wrong with it. Ive changed the alternator, battery, and ignition coil so far. All of them had to be replaced anyway. The fuel pump and carburator are new. The "charge" light in the dash stays on though. What should i check if that light is on? Any ideas?
  8. I think im going with the Ka24 dude. I thought about the sr20 for hella long but i dont really want to fabricate the body of it. Ka24 with turbo will be dope as fu*k!
  9. Welcome Homie! You should just do a Ka24 or Sr20. thats hat I'm looking at..
  10. Where did you get your grille again?! Looks pretty by the way
  11. Just swap the damn motor and forget about all that crap!
  12. Thanks for the info/tips guys. Ill start researching very soon then
  13. I've hear it bolts right in with the original mounts.?
