from what i can tell from the one i had those dont look like the same ones. those have been on and off ebay for a while now.

i had ones on the drivers side but they were all dry rotted and falling apart.

Can someone with a 520 take a pic of their hood bumpers and post them for me. Or look at yours and post a pic of one from online. I dont have any and i want my hood to sit flush but the one i ordered that says its for a 520 doesnt work. Thanks.

Thanks i'll put that on my list of things to check this weekend. I'm thinking something from the fuel tank might have come through the line and is causing it to let too much fuel in and overflow the bowl.

Yes its got the sight glass to see the float level. I'll check those things out to see if maybe they are the cause.

Ive got a 67 520 with the stock nikki carb. The carb was just rebuilt and it was running fine and then one day stalled at a light due to the carb flooding. I thought that it was due to me forgetting to adjust the choke back but the other night i was at a light and the truck just stalled again due to the carb flooding. Is there anything i can try to do or look for before i bring the truck back to my buddy who rebuilt the carb for me?

had everything done and ready to drive and then the ignition went bad. buddy has been waiting on parts for the ignition because the truck wouldnt start without a ghetto jump. parts finally came yesterday and he installed them and then the truck wouldnt start without a push start. now the starter is bad and i ordered one today so once that comes in hopefully i can start doing some cleanup work and drive it a little.

those smoothies came on the truck. they have them all over online though.
