I am in need of this valve; the Nissan part number is 46400-M7900. It has to be from a 310, since it has individual lines going to each wheel.

  2. Hey guys. It's been a couple years, but I figured out why the clutch kept slipping on my datsun. As it turns out, there is a small seal inside the throw out bearing housing, on the back of the input shaft. It's supposed to seal the push rod that runs inside the shaft, between the bearing and the pressure plate. I was only able to find it through the dealership; called a "speedometer pinion seal". Odd name if you ask me. I did this at the beginning of the year, and it's been holding up very well. I actually enjoy driving my car again.
  3. I've been looking at the radiator for the 210 & b210, and it looks fairly close. I'm not 100% sure on it, though.
  4. It's possible, but I can't take it off until I have a replacement, or another car to drive. My 310 is my only road worthy car right now.
  5. Hi guys, I am going to need a new radiator for my 310, but I'm not having any luck finding a direct replacement. Are there any other models whose radiators would be pretty close? I would rather not drill any holes into my core support, but I'll do what I have to.
  6. I am in need of new struts or strut cartridges for my 310, but I can't find them for the front. Does anyone know where I can get them? If not, are they interchangeable between similar models, like the 210 (sunny)?
  7. Not exactly. When I replaced the clutch the first time, the same thing happened: the gear was stuck in the clutch disc. Me and a couple of my friends had to pry at it to get it out in order to replace the clutch. Then two weeks later, the clutch starts to slip, and I can't get the gear out again.
  8. Well, the weird thing is that there's a new clutch kit in it. I don't believe I aligned the clutch right, though, and I didn't replace the pilot bearing. I've seen how to do an old trick to get it out, but I don't know how difficult it would be to do on my car, since I can't take the tranny out right now.
  9. Could you be a little more descriptive, ggzilla? I'm not sure what you mean by suspending the clutch; do you mean wedge it in between the pressure plate and flywheel? I don't quite understand :-(
  10. A few days ago, the clutch on my 310 started to slip, so I decided to take it apart to see what was wrong. It has the FWD A14 with the clutch that can be serviced without dropping the tranny. Unfortunately, when I removed the bearing housing from the clutch, the primary drive gear stayed in the clutch disc. Now its stuck in there and I'm not sure how to get out. Does anybody have any advice or tips on how to remove it?
