The best way it to not spread yourself too thin on projects because you will get burned out too quick. I have learned this the hard way

Well exhaust is done , passenger floor is almost done and still need some small stuff I will get pic's in a day or so

You build is looking good man. You need to look at purchasing your own welder for most of the metals work you can use a 130 amp welder with gas to complete pretty much any job on your car

Well today I mounted the intake and exhaust I also started cleaning up the wiring

Here is a little up date I completely removed the EGR passage under the intake and then smoothed it and removed the webbing here are the clean up pic' plus a new alu radiator Before After

Picked up 6 new spark plugs and an intake gasket and valve cover gasket. Waiting on my aluminum radiator to come in as well

I am going to add my two cents here Optimas were great batteries the the company move it's production to Mexico and quality control went down hill fast. But this rant is not about the battery it is about a person honoring their word. After I read the buyers story here is my view on the problem. 1. No matter what never buy a battery from a person always buy from a store or battery supplier.(this was you first problem ) 2. I you buy a battery from a private seller test it right in front of them. either put it in yours and start it or have a battery tester. ( this way the two of you know it is good.) 3. Last but not least do a search of the persons user name to see if there have been problems with deals before .( I do this quite often)

Just got my cold start injector in and new air boot to MAF in . I am still waiting on my shifter bushings and the new muffler. so my big basic plan is to get all my parts together and start building .

I acquired a 1978 280z which I plan on building in phases The first plan get it running correctly and fix the floor pan on the drivers side . the next phase is replace all the bushings on the car and add coil overs . Progress will come as part come in . I have a wild Idea of Megasquirt and ITB"S in it here are the pic's of how she sits

That car is solid and I would make a small patch for those floors

I forgot to mention it has 6 new injectors and connectors , plus a new fuel pump . I just ordered shifter bushing , cold start injector and air boot. all for m Ebay for less then 200 :thumbup:
