how much for windsheild and back glass seals as of right now?

Im getting my truck sandblasted next week and need some info on replacement weatherstipping. I looked around here and for some info but having a hard time finding solid go to companies. There is a company called "Too intese restoration" as I was searching google that looks like they have what I'm looking for...has anyone used these guys or is there a better place to go? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the nv3500 is the way to go but can anyone tell me how to tell the difference between the close ratio and the standard just by looking at it?

So as I'm gathering up parts and my brother runs up on a 283 chevy it's all there oil pan to air filter. What trans should I be hunting for a 5 speed would be good but a 6 speed would be great. Any suggestions? Thought about doin a automatic with paddle shifts but they are a bit pricey.

Checked into the problem further and got it fixed. Seem that the rotors had rusted to the dust shields but can anyone tell me what car it's out of?

So I went and picked up my rear end today... not happy at all. Got to the guys house and realized it was a toyota IRS, I was thinking good maybe the same bolt pattern to match the front, tried to turn the drive shaft...nothin. I convinced myself that the brake pads were seized to the rotors with no tools around I paid the man and and headed back home. Finally got it out of the truck with help from a front end loader, this thing seems heavier than my whole truck, and disassembled the calipers, still stuck!!! This f•cking sucks!!! I don't know what to do now should I try to fix this one or scrap it and go on another hunt?

Is there a thread of this build from Seth or of yours kaoss? Got the clip today and heard of a great buy on a Subaru IRS I go and look at this Saturday. If I like it I can get it for 50 bucks!!! Really wanted a jag IRS but for this price I don't think I can go wrong.

Has anyone put a yota front end under a 521? A friend of mine needed the motor from a 88 Toyota truck so I took the rest. The bolt pattern would give me more wheel options but is it worth it? After a couple of years sitting in the shop rudemood(my 521) is finally getting work done stripped it down to the frame and the motor/trans is out. Looking for some input and info.

fisch do your drawings for the public? i love your pics my 521 is hard to work on with it an hour away, tryin to find a house, baby :eek: :eek: and one can only dream at this stage in life...

here's the trouble i have finally got around to fixing my 521, i'm wanting to put my datsun cab on a later model nissan. I've been in search of a 720 hardbody...but i peek in this website from time to time, and seen a small demand for 5 lug conversion...now i also in possession of a fine running 87 toyota. And was just curious has anyone heard of the donation of toyota frameenginetrannyaxle to my 71 datsun because this would save me alot of money of the front end or is this completely a waist of my time??? feel free to chime in on this one guys cuz this one is going to be my first complete build up and i need all the info i can get
