Thaks Benzo. that is info i am looking for. i didnt realize that Ka motors came single or double cam and i know nothing about SR motors. I want to keep the car in tune. If i dont make a move on a VG30 car i am looking at i will get a KA swap and add turbo. Appreciate it.

I prefer turbo. i have heard that sr motors are more responsive and as dependable but harder to find parts for. i am looking to build a weekend driver, something that stays in tune 20 days a month while it sits in wait for the weekend or my latest upgrade or mod.

Can i get some insight. I have got enough info on VG30 for my 510 swap. Can you lend me your knowledge on the major performance/preference differences between a KA motor or SR turbo? I beleive Ka is more economical to use and easier to find parts for. What is the major differences and experience with a SR motor?

Anyone have a complete vg 30 car for sale?

thanks everyone. my thoughts are of a car for the weekends that stays in turne between runs and is easy/easier to service. I'm buying the vg30 car. Any advice on adding sway bars or not to the car? It has a full suspension (coil overs) with 200+ spring rate to accoomodate the bigger motor. I was told sway bars might be over kill to the suspension and create "bindindg"? What kind of front sway bar would i purchase? The car obviously wont use stock with a 6 cyl under the hood, do they make bars for this set up? thanks again.

Does this set up work well on 510? Seems like a lot of weight for the car to handle. Anybody have advice on to or not too buy one of a car with a 6 cyl thanks.
