been lurking for months, joined last week and figured i'd introduce myself my name is dan and i am from outside of pittsburgh PA i have a 86 King cab 720 that was given to me by my grandfather a few years ago. i just got the engine done and have put about 300 miles on it.. winter's here and she's comin back in the shop for a bag job..and MAYBE a bodydrop QUESTION>> searched for a few days now no luck i have a 2wd rear axle that is supposed to measure @ 56.3.. with chevy silverado 17 inch wheels on it that WILL NOT TUCK in the back. i need a narrower axlein order to keep my wheels, which i LOVE the 521 is suppsed to be 53 inches WMS to WMS.. BUT no 521's here in the snow belt of PA.. let alone in a JY.. are there any other 6 lug trucks with a narrower than 54 inch axle?? like mazda's mitsubishi's toyota's older courier?? i'm trying to find something i can find local that i don't have to ship in oh.. heres a pic of my project truck
