did you check the stamping on the upper passenger side of the block? Clear as day you'll see L16xxx or L18xxx Its the quickest step in playing in a Datsun.

well im clueless. I only googled it. Next bet is underneath the dash where you checked. But im curious to know what that plug is next to the coil. Perhaps its emission related...

Its a 3 prong relay similar to the headlight relay on the passenger side. Must be somewhere around the rad support on the driver side
