i have an opportunity to pic up a 1jz for practically nothing. and what i got out of this is that you would def. have to cut the firewall to make it fit. jw if cutting the firewall would get in the way of my stock console.

anyone know of a red datsun 620 possibly turbo'd in portland. i spotted it in south east portland. sounded pretty bad ass. just curious if its a ratsunite or not

sss- it was painted to match the faded yellow on the inside. its actually white with a little bit of yellow.

that does look good. what does the ka24 engine come in? jason- hows it goin man.. did you get some new wheels on your whip? or was it another yellow datsun in town?

when i first got the truck from my dad he has the idea a buick v6 would bolt right in. after doing some research i knew this wouldnt happen... im not that savey when it comes to technical stuff im what they call a noob. but i would like to make it decently quick. any suggestions engine wise?

yah both those pics were from canby... beebani those are the 17 inch wheels selverado wheels. i got them $50 dollars a peice from les schwabb they got spacers up front but other then that they went right on.. inside is in good condition too.. 140,000 miles on the stock l20 eventually im looking to bag it and maybe some kind of engine swap...
