So I clearly don't keep this updated but the car has been on and off under the knife. Since I can't leave well enough alone and I like to try shit, can somebody tell me why this is a bad idea?
The Infiniti m30 stub thing there has been drilled and tapped for the vw/porsche 100mm cv axles. The nuts are there because I have them and I figure extra security wouldn't be a bad idea. CVs haven't been greased yet as this was just a test fit. Axles are from a 1980 924 as the m30 arms clearly don't have the wolf creek adapter on em and the old axles were roughly an inch short. Why m30 arms? Shiggles. They increase track width by approximately and inch on either side and come with disc brakes and the drum ebrake will be easy enough to get working. If this doesn't work I'll just put the 510 arms back in. Either way I had fun trying to get this together. Thanks for any input.
