does anybody know off the top of their head what size the little freeze plugs are to block off the coolant passages in the cylinder head that route coolant through the intake. im installing some dcoe carbs and I wont be using them... im in south texas so warmup is not an issue

i found a rearend on car-part from an 85 std cab 720 with 5spd. 2.4 engine...from what ive gathered this should be like a 3:89 ratio? they wont look at the tag for me and its 4hrs from me..so im just checking my facts

i was hoping you would reply. i dont use it for loads other than some bicycles and my daughters power wheels. if i found another h190 from early 720 would it be a drop in?

ive got a 78 620 with a 3sp auto. ive put a smaller tire on it now and its not very freeway friendly. ive put feelers out for a 5 speed conversion but im not that mad at the auto. ive used the search function to gather info before asking the same questions over and over. is there a particular 720 h190 rear pumpkin thats a drop in for my truck?? i think a 3.90 would be a better solution at this point and possibly a faster and cheaper option to make my truck more texas hwy happy.

the ansen sprints went with my old truck back in 2008. they are still available through american racing new. i was just trying something different this go round

thats really too kind. there are ALot of awsome builds on ratsun. this is more of a disorder actually...i lose sleep over building these things. if im not building something i will lose my mind!!!!

they are not my favorite, but i couldnt handle the western wagon wheels it had on it...im sure something in a little better offset will pop up.

hey guys i just got a 78 620 that im working on and i have a few things not working. i noticed near the battery was two wires coming out of the chassis harness over the passenger headlight. one large gauge wire and one smaller gauge wire both terminating to an eyelet. is this suppose to be a ground?? if so what was the proper location?? i checked the 78 wiring diagram and there is a body ground on the diagram but i was hoping someone had a pic or knew for sure where it is suppose to go.

i spoke with mike over @ pierce. he was very helpful ,however the the manifolds designed fro the 620 have long been out of production. ill have to wait till one pops up or modify an existing one

hey guys i used the search function but i didnt come up with a solid answer. ive got a 78 620 and im going to install some 40 dcoe webers. im wondering which of the intake manifolds available will allow me the least amount of headache with installation and brake booster clearance??? any pics of actual setups in 620 pickups would be great as well
