Im thinkin about getting a weber for it, a little bit more than hitachi but might as well upgrade while im spending money on it.

well ive been working on the stock hitachi carb for a few days and it seems i need a new carb. i thought the leaks were a faulty gasket and it turns out its the throttle shaft.

i watched it muted too and how about that puppet eh?

Here is my car as of a couple of weeks ago.....the snow is all gone now. I'm just working on the door rubber, finishing the electrical and am going to have to repair the floor on both drivers and passenger sides....then i can finally add the new carpet i got. I did also repaint the hood cuz something happened to the clear on it. I still have to repaint the trunk but haven't got to it yet.

I know im bringing up an old thread but this awesome! iv'e been dealing with this all day and trying to figure it out. A quick run to canadian tire to pick up some rtv and just to put my mind at ease about the product i do a quick search on here and its all been figured out all ready. Now just to get it dry enough to apply....

found these on the weekend. was told it was a 510 but after seeing it i could easliy tell the info was wrong.

ive got some 14" on my 1200 and they seem to be fitting alright too. so far so good. The Gold looks awesome with the Red.

never mind. i looked it up and of all the countries that got ac north america definatly had the better looking box. Nice find.

Did this come as an option? cuz its really nice.

Here my car only took ten years to get this far. all the panels are painted red and the rest i just primed last night in my super fancy spray booth. i'm going to paint the rest in my friends shop as soon as i get there.

I saw a white 1200 ute in vernon b.c.on the way home from the datsun show in kelowna. I didn't have my camera ready but i gave the thumbs up. Anybody know who it was? Not too many utes around here.
