I'm a hardcore lurker on this project. I'm jealous because I have a 79 210 that I'm trying to get running again. Needs brake solutions badly but not rich enough to go wilwood. Plus no one has been able to give suspension advice since it's pretty shot.

What suspension advice do you need?

Yea. I went pretty hard on it and just was frustrated. Where i live your not gotta have someone near buy that will know about this stuff. Cause i dont care what anyone says you cant tune a car via the internet. Its either figure it out yourself, Or dont do it at all. Im sure i will get it. The MS wasnt my only problem for some reason oil leaks always plague my motor builds for some reason. Hoping i can just let it sit a bit and it will fix itself LOL

I fixed the hinge with a block of wood and a hammer. The grommets im talking about are the ones for the heater core itself they are a funky size i think i can find one to work for the wires for the motor itself

Well here pretty soon im gonna reseal up the heater box (as soon as the core comes back from the raditor shop) with that foam tape from the hardware store. That worked really well on my 510 heater box which seems awfull similar to a 521 heater box defrosters still sucked, but the floor heat was pretty good. I did notice that the trap door on the 521 heater doesnt completely cover the hole for some reason. Seems to me you would want that box sealed up tight to keep it from drawing in any cold air.
