  1. I figure 2 years later I should do a small update. I still have the truck. I don't have the friend that was helping with the build so it is tucked away in the back of my garage. I am talking with Palmetto Rod Worx on starting the build back up. I got married and have been focusing on the wife's F150. It is finally my trucks turn again. It will hopefully be at the shop in March. My work bonus and both of our refunds will be dumped in to her. Life lesson learned. "Don't let friends build your truck"
  2. If I had a running datsun I would get on here more often. Jeff, you should let me get my 521 back.
  3. Not a unibody just shortening the bed. but thanks
  4. Got some work done today and finally mocked up the bed
  5. Thanks man and yes they are Titan wheels. I ground down the tabs on my Hardbody hubs but no mod to the wheels.
  6. The frame is set low so width is no issue. My only problem is height. Anyone know how tall a 22R is?
  7. no just a late 80's model with a carb. 200-250 hp should be enough power lol
  8. I am thinking about putting a 4.3L Chevrolet v6 in insted of the 13B.
  9. If I crush it I am keeping the motor and trans. But I wont take the carb off a running vech.
  10. I have a running 620 with the L20B and 4 speed. Need the money for another truck and I don't want to crush this one for it. It has new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor, and the bag in the pic is the oil change and filter. The Weber carb has been rebuilt but I cannot get it to come off idle. When I hit the gas it stalls. It also needs floor pans and a bed floor. but the body is pretty solid. If you have any ?'s just let me know
  11. Yes I am keeping it six lug. and the rendering is off also. the marker lights arnt right, I am shaving the bed hooks and wipers. It will be rhd and I am planing a 2" or 3" chop top also. Thanks for all the compliments
