  1. He has a nice 240Z and decided he wants to concentrate on one car.
  2. Crappy pics and interior needs complete refurb. Don't see it going anywhere soon.
  3. It was on Bring a Trailer and ended at $16k and change - did not meet reserve. The consensus was that he should have finished the interior before listing it. Nice car, for sure. Those wheels alone were $$$$$$.
  4. BaT charges $99 to list. Buyers pay BaT 5% of the purchase price (up to $5000), but the seller gets the full selling price. Example. Seller pays $99 to list the car. Car sells for $10,000. Seller gets $10,000 from buyer. BaT charges buyer $500.
  5. Thanks Carter! Yes it is on consignment with Denwerks.
  6. Ah. I work near the one off Mill Plain and 192nd
  7. I knew the shelves looked suspiciously bare at one of the Vancouver Walmart’s. Leave some for the little people, Dan! Lol. I saw you left several orange 240z HWs though.
  8. Sounds good. I am slammed this week but will hit you up next week. Thanks!
  9. Does anyone ever do trades? I have some extra matchbox rally 510s, pickups and green HW roadsters. Looking for a yellow roadster and 510 wagons
  10. I've had good luck with USA Performance over by Costco in Portland. Brett used to be a Datsun guy and has done a few things for me in the past.
  11. I bet that eBay seller is kicking himself right about now, lol.
  12. When I stripped my 2dr down for paint I found a piece of sandpaper with Japanese writing on it inside the rear 1/4 panel. None of the cards had ever been removed - still had the plastic behind them.
  13. Actually, you have that a bit wrong. Walk in cost was "$3 per person or 2 for $5" per the FB page. $15/car for show admission for two days? That's a freaking bargain. $25/night for tent camping does seem a bit stiff. Was that per tent or did they mark off each site? Might be something to consider. Like an actual campground that allows X number of tents and/or people per site. That would make it reasonable. DNW is a nonprofit, so nobody is in this for the money, but at the same time, they have to cover their costs. Putting on this event is not cheap.

I also went for my first and only time around 2000/2001. Thunderhill and the auto cross were the draws for me as I am not really a car show guy - I like to drive! Dennis and Peggy were beyond hospitable to myself and my wife and I met some awesome people there. I have the group photo framed on the wall in my office along with a shot of my car at Thunderhill (also my avitar) and some other 510 stuff. It will always be one of my favorite vacations. Thanks Dennis! -Andy Klink
