  1. Hurm... http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/2981845190.html
  2. Whoops, sorry all, I haven't logged in here in a while, and this item has sold to some lucky guy down under. Updating first post as well
  3. Locker has been sold! Hi all, friend of mine is listing this up for sale as it's not really what we wanted for our 200sx. Here's the listing as it sits on Craiglist: Asking 500 OBO - SOLD http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/pts/2583110978.html
  4. If there is a Pick n Pull near you, pick up a set out of just about any Datsun. I picked up some arms from a 280z that looked like crap but were able to be cleaned up and will be going in our LZ engine. Just be wary of pitting and chipping on the side.
  5. Man I crack myself up sometimes. Crank the car on saturday? Yeah right. So, the jerks at the shop that was doing some work on the engine decided to wait to the last possible minute to finish stuff. Thus, we got the block really late, and the engine still isn't running. Great. Anyway, here's some pics:
  6. She's look'n good! This weekend will be the final build weekend, let's hope everything gets together and we crank it on Saturday!
  7. Thanks for the kind words :) Unfortunately, next track time will most likely be the Friday before Sears Pointless, March 5th. I think for the first race, we had dropped about $5000 on the whole project, including safety, race equipment (suits, helmets, etc), gas and travel stuff. Pretty cheap as far as racing goes I think. Also, some more super sekret pics:
  8. Alrighty, since last update a few things have happened. 1) Car has been moved to a new safe location! 2) Car got a mild paint job! 3) I finished as best I could the port and polish, which is quite the pain on a L head vs a Z head 4) Something else might have happened this weekend, but as I was away and have yet to talk to the rest of the team I don't know what it is. Pictures! Our theme has changed by the way. I'll just say that Ming the Merciless would disprove. :)
  9. Damn, those look verryyy nice, but... "Weight: 10.5 – 12 lbs *actual weight of wheel may vary slightly*" A bit too heavy for my weight snobby self. :P I'll stick to my 15x7 RPF1s at 9.5lbs a piece :) But they're not even close to that offset :(
  10. Trade a sexy Corbeau seat with rails (for honda?) +50$ for the tach?
  11. Small update today, been a while, but we're still alive! Today, things were accomplished! 1) Met Kraz @ Clarks auto and dropped of clutch and flywheel 2) Cleaned up garage a bit ...a) Got transmisson out from under the car ...B ) Cleaned out crap pile under the car (cardboard soaked with oil and topped with kitty litter ...c) Turned car around so it's easier to work on Next: Get peanut head back from Clarks, start Port and Polish. Get peanut head back to Clarks, valve job Get head, block, back from Clarks; get new pistons from ebay; get other shit together REBUILD THIS BEAST!
  12. Sub 100k Pick up anyone? '1975 datsun 620 pu. L20b - $900 (napa valley)' http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/cto/1553170409.html
  13. Haha, yeah I personally like the Santa Clara meets, just a few min away from home for me :) But, I'd love to do a Davis meet or something, if it would involve more Ratsun'ers :D
