So I was working on one of my cars this past weekend and some guy stops by and offers me a book. Says he saw my roadster and had a couple of books taking up space in his garage, so he offered them to me for free. First he gave me this book: Then he said he had another book he would drop off later. I found this on my driveway: Awesome! Just thought I'd share my good fortune with some people who would appreciate it. The girlfriend just shrugged her shoulders when she saw them. Scott

So, I'm tired of seeing the 610 rot everyday and not having time to take care of her. Gonna get rid of her, but putting it up here before it goes into the for sale thread. '73 coupe, rough condition, motor is out, but I have all the pieces and then some. Had a lot of help from other members gathering pieces. Numbers matching L18, ported L16 (possibly built, haven't taken it apart), dual SU's, two webers, stock carb, great condition clock, solex locks, pedals to convert to manual trans, flywheel, couple of different gasket sets (timing and head I think), electronic dizzy, cut performance springs, two sets of stock springs, new real wheel cylinders, new pads and shoes, new brake master, possibly more. http://s467.photobuc...39/ser240z/610/ $1200 takes it all, bring your own wheels and something to tow it. If you want my wheels, black satin western minis with polished lips, just dirty, $1500. Price may be negotiable, maybe not. I'm just trying to get my money back and get her to a good home. I finally sold one of the motors, now I only have 1 long block CA18det. $200 obo Check earlier post for prices on the other stuff I have. I will miss it. But money is tight and I'm not making any progress on it. I'd much rather someone took care of it the way it deserves. It's also blocking my roadster in and I miss driving that too. Like I said, just thinking about it. I know someone here would take better care of it then Joe Schmoe if I sold it somewhere else. Scott

Thinking about throwing in the towel on my '73 610 coupe. I was just wondering if anyone here had any interest in it. Not running and a little beat, but I do have a good amount of extra parts for it. Scott

He was asking $3500 obo. He's put some money in it and he's trying to get it back. I told him it's a little much, but it does run well. He said he's commuted in it from Monterey Park to Costa Mesa, which is prob like 80 miles round trip. Scott
