Here are a few pics of the gauges with surroud And some new rubber to replace the slicks that were on it. I kept the slicks though for future use =)

I havent posted here for awhile... been driving around enjoying the car. Figured out a few more things I want done to it along the way, so I will be taking it back to Andrew some time in April, lol. Here are a few pics: Hanging out with my brother in his new '08 STI And a few more little details to the engine bay; painted the spark plug cover and installe and got a turbo heat blanket because it was getting extremely hot in there.

Next up, instead of replacing the slicks, I want to get a new set of rims and tires and keep this setup for the track. So i could use some help figuring out what rims will best fit my car. I want a 15" and there are two possibles that I am currently looking at: Maxxim Champion's 15x6.5 +38 http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/wheels/maxxim/product/byName.do?tmn=Champion&typ=Car%2FMinivan or Drag DR-20 15x7 +0, 10, or 40 http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/wheels/drag/product/byName.do?tmn=DR-20&typ=Car%2FMinivan ( I am assuming these are positive because of how they look-- the website does not specify) Your thoughts would be appreciated on if any of these would fit better than the other, or not fit at all!. Also, I am looking at these ones because they are new...and cheap!

I now have bumpers, lol, thanks paradime! I actually like them on, looks complete. And I now have a magnaflow muffler courtesy of Andrew scoring a used one and welding it all up. Sounds much nicer now, toned down, compared to not having one, which is what i wanted.

Good point. I might have to see what my car looks like with bumpers for the first time lol. They are already black so that works.

No badge, lower grill bar or blinkers lol, so still some things I need to finish off the front end. I do have a bumper but i don't think I will be using it, i kinda like the look without it. We'll see.

Some pictures from the last few days. Lowered the front end about an 1" and put the front grill pieces on! Waiting to see how it handles before trying to go lower.

Took another drive yesterday evening with Andrew after he did some tuning from earlier in the week....and WOW! It is running so smoothly. He says there still is some adjustments to be made but just with last nights tune, it feels amazing. Can't wait till it's completely dialed in and has some gauges so I can drive it regularly.

Thanks RATX5. I agree, sr20's look like they belong in these cars!

Thanks Erik510! It has taken a lot to get it to this point, and the day I can drive it regularly is in sight. A Walbro fuel pump was used, Aeromotive regulator and Russel/Summit filters.

Everything is pretty much ready to go: wiring is ran and just needs to be plugged in, fuel lines are now finished, front bumper and headlights are on. Battery is in, cables are ran, he fabbed a cool aluminum piece for my glovebox where he will be mounting all the relays and computer. Also, he just figured out where hes going to mount the coil packs last night. We haven't really talked about how to stabilize the top front cross member so im not sure. I know up and down its very secure with all that added metal and welding he did. Here are a few pics Completely hidden underneath the intake manifold! Man, Andrew is a genius. We had talked about a few options about mounting the coil packs but never really liked them because they would be so displayed and in your face. Then he sent me those pictures of where he ended up mounting them....wow! just wow...
  14. Very nice! Man, you had your car running for like, a day, and then tore it all apart again!! Yo CRAZY! lol
