Hey, As I posted in my other post regarding the AutoCross. I am not able to attend, due to inability to make up the funds to get the car tabbed and the entry fee. Maybe next time. Thanks anyways. John & Christina

Due to financial difficulties, were pulling out of the enduro. The 510 isn't tabbed yet, and purchasing tab's and the entry fee just wont happen at this time. We had to put the funds else were to assist the kids. John & Christina :(

Thank you!! I love her. I'm returning to autocrossing soon after taking a few years off and can't wait to see if she and I still "click" on track like we once could (she does have an attitude at times with me : - D ). I need to do some more work on her like her shell needs attention now. The motor is where I want it for now, so onto the next restore item.

Dat Doug: Thank you!! She is a blast to drive! I'm actually not going to Blue Lake this year. I'll be trying my hand at the South Sound Autocross. It's been a few years since I raced and I'm aching to take her out for a spin again. Need to see if she and I can still communicate like we once could.

It will be held at a location near Shelton, WA. It is the enduro, so first timers please be aware. That means usually 3-4 runs simultaneously. Not an easy one for first timers to cut teeth on but still fun. BEAC the sponsor, is limiting the entries to only 150 for the day.

Thank to everyone that was able to come out. It was a pleasure to see other awesome mods and up and coming beautiful cars and trucks. It felt great to get mine out of the garage and back on the road again. Next stop will be my local autocross track. Hope we can do another meeting again next month.

Hey Guys...there are TWO different intakes you can use on the VG's. The US version, you will need to notch the firewall to fit. The one VG30.com sells in the kit is the version Nissan sold to the Saudi Arabian market only. It fits beautifully. No mods needed.

Let me dig thru my stuff to sort out what was done to the Oil pan. I know they cut off the bottom and added and extra volume. What I dont recall, was how we got around the Sump. As far as the Distributor, I recall VG30.com being the source for all of it.

If your interested in the carb setup, I can give you the needed list of items for the Carb setup. I own the VG30.com install car. Now known as Cloud Nine. This car has been raced and won with this configuration against F.I. cars in Open Street Class for both Mens and Womens. Below is the link to 1 image of my 72. Its the the Saudi Pathfinder Intake and a Holley 500 2 barrel carb. It was recommended to goto a 350 CFM due to the lack of modifications to the VG. She's not a pretty setup now, but it works well. Will be brining her to the meet this Sat. in Tacoma.
