  1. I have a question about how I go about posting a vehicle for sale in the classifieds I saw another thread about posting items and a link but I couldn't figure it out any help would be appreciated.
  2. Now with any of these different possibilities that people are mentioning that would be more than just a motor swap am I correct I saying that it would have to be everything motor tranny etc.
  3. That's kinda what I was thinking too. But on the other hand I like the idea of keeping the full spring also.
  4. One thing that would like to do is see about getting some more power out of it and maybe you know or someone could tell me since it is a front wheel drive car am I stuck with the engine that is in it now or is there anything else that will fit in it.
  5. Honestly I can't think of anything for the interior of the car that I need for as old as the car is it is in amazing shape it owned by two to people before me that took care plus it was always garaged until last year if I did the brakes and painted it I would be like brand new pretty much.
  6. Since it's been in the family since it was purchased I would like to short of money for doing that now but as far as mechanical stuff goes once the brakes are fixed that should be it. Then I will start on the the rest of it but it might take a while.
  7. Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I will see if I can get some pictures posted I remember when I was having the clutch problems I had problems posting pictures. In fact if you do a search for F10 clutch problems that was the name of the thread there are a couple pictures there but I will see about getting some interior photos too and as far as mikes go it has 110,000 miles
  8. For the most part I got lucky with this car yeah it's old but it's been garaged it's whole life until last year. It's been in the family since it was bought new in 78. No dents nothing just one little rust patch on the rear hatch. Once I get the brakes done it will be a good little car. For as old as it is there really much wrong with it.
  9. Yeah It's gonna be more than pads and shoes I am pretty sure I am gonna have to replace everything I know the master chlinder is screwed the rear wheel cylinder leak one the front calipers is seized up right now the only thing I have is the emergency brake and only the right rear works it's really bad. I pretty much had planned on replacing everything. Tired of screwing with it.
  10. Was just looking on eBay found two F10 hubcaps for $335 I am sure glad I still have all 4 of mine that's crazy. On the plus side there is a lot of F10 brakes that might come in handy since mine are shot to hell.
  11. Yeah I should see if i can pick one up because I am pretty sure it was Len and his manual pictures that he posted that helped me out with the clutch problem I was having.
  12. I actually have been considering slammin my f10. I am assuming that there aren't any kits or parts out there that are specifically for lowering an f10. Is this even possible to do or should I just forget about.
  13. That's good to know I will have to check out napa for brakes parts because that's gonna be my next project the brakes are so bad I really shouldn't even be driving it.
  14. I was the one that was having clutch issues with my 78 F10 but after talking back and forth with Len a few times I was able to take care of the problem and yes it was just a clutch pushrod problem haven't had any problems since. But I got a lot of practice changing F10 clutches. Got it down to a science now can change one out in 30 minutes easy. But since Len helped me out I haven't had to change another.
