If yours is a swap, careful, the resistor is to lower the current to the points, yours may not have a need for that so if you do install it, it will be lower current than you need.

Where in the world did an A10 ever come with points ignition??

$40-$300 bucks. Depending on seller. Unfortunately that's how it is with literally all Datsun parts. I've got the rarest of rare parts for dirt. And then I've seen 4sod B210 trans for $200 (which should be free).

You're all retarded haha.

Mike is correct. I've spent my entire young life as a ASE master technician and have spent time as a tuner and fabricator.

Thermostats aren't in place to keep an engine cool. they are, in fact, there to keep the engine at an operating temperature

If you've only got $500 - $750 to spend I'd start by selling the B210 to fund something else.

Not kidding.

I spent over $500 on just my B210 radiator. I'm not rich either, don't get the wrong impression.

No. Like I said, its only car KA. Regardless of DE or E. It's because of the car engines being front sump. They interfere with steering.

All truck ka, regardless of DE or E are rear sump and fit perfect.

I’m slowly doing prep work for an eventual KA swap, part of which is rebuilding my 40 year old suspension. I figured while I had everything out I’d flip the center link to prepare for a KA swap.
My question is that I swore I read that if you used a KA from a Frontier that flipping the center link wasn’t necessary but of course now I can’t find the comment/thread that I read that in. Would it be best to just go ahead and flip the center link since I have everything out and have already purchased the new inserts? I don’t have an engine yet so there’s a possibility that I won’t go with the Frontier (tho it’s my plan to use that motor /trans)
There’s really no downside to having the center link flipped right? If I don’t need to and I did, no big. If I DO need to and I didn’t, that would suck lol

Not necessary if using any truck KA due to being rear sump. Front sump KA from cars require flipping of the center link.

That’d be great! I love getting a notification every time somebody posts about how they are going to put a rotory with a rx7 gxsle rear end because factory rear disks but they can figure out what tranny and pedal box to use.

Shots fucking fired

At times, I wish I would have left the A14 in it just so I could drive the damn thing....

Dat521....

Thanks for recognizing the valve cover. It Stokes my ego haha. It's exclusive to South AfricA(?). I had it imported and I got it powdered coated locally here in WA. Not to be a brag, but it was very expensive! I don't regret it. Haha.

And Mike, I will gladly let you drive it at Canby!

I have these same wheels, but they're not finished like this. I want to make mine look similar.

I traded off my Hayashi Commands for a Z22 core engine for a future build.
