yeah so last winter my car brakes would lock up on ice, no matter how slow I was going... turn into a bob sled! This was before I switched out a bad master cylinder, could that have been the problem? I am considering driving from the coast, through the mountains, and don't want to be the crash test dummy... some sound advice would be appreciated! Svi

I'm in south east Idaho at the moment, but headed, to south CO, northern NM tomorrow probably. I was mostly curious, everywhere I go, people are making comments about my car; I was embarassed to drive it, because of the flaming orange color. The thing I don't like about it is the three speed transmission, seems like it needs another. It runs like a champ, though. I'm too lazy to wash it at the moment.

I guess you lack imagination; I thought I described it pretty well :) I figured if it sparked someone's interest, they'd ask me for some pics... I would have put some on already, but I have to wash it first, I was driving through the mud the other day some additional information, it had three owners prior to myself, one who never drove it, the other two are top mechanics for the state of Idaho. As it stands, I guess this offer only extends to those with Jedi powers :)

would you pay? Sorry, my information is limited, I'm not a mechanic. automatic transmission.. The body is in awesome shape. (Color bright orange) Back tires are new, front ones a little thin. Muffler's a little rusty. The interior is nice, also. Only problems are that driver's seat is torn, aannd, it's a keyless special. (start with a screw driver) Don't ask me why, I own the title! I just got alternator, regulator replaced. I'm working on getting the carburetor rebuilt, and brakes. The car runs really well. I'm going to keep it unless somebody makes me an offer I can't refuse. I would trade for a very nice mandolin. Only 90,000 miles, for real!

I just got a '77 (automatic, 4 door) with 90,000 original miles. The only problem is that it's bright orange, but the body is in awesome shape.
