I'm really liking the 370z over the 350z.

Not as bad as the one time I was pulling the pan off a vg30 that had a huge outward dent in it's side and after I pulled the pan, I found a broken rod/wrist pin and an otherwise rebuilt and clean bottom end. :P

They sell a temp sender adapter that goes in the radiator hose, if you don't feel like making an adapter or tapping a hole.

It depends. I like electrical for the accuracy and responsiveness, where as a mechanical gauge is slow to respond and some of the time accurate. also you can calibrate an electrical gauge by either putting a resistor in line of the sender or by calibrating the gauge itself. where as you can't really calibrate a mechanical gauge without ripping it apart. plus you don't have a bunch of tubes and other crap that can leak all over the cabin and behind the dash. Ontop of all this, for the senders, running a little wire to the sender is easy, where as with a mechanical gauge, you have to drill holes to run the senders/tubes.

I know a guy, who can make and install an entire CF appearing vinyl wrap for $1200 installed.

that depends on who installed it, as the sunroof on my old z, never leaked and had no rust, granted the POR'd exposed metal and used a couple tubes of black RTV silicone to seal it.

You missed the part about a full cage, race slicks, gutted interior, lightweight body panels, lexan windows..etc The car in the video is an all out race car. It doesn't matter anyway, just like the veyron, it's price tag will most likely be in the 7 figure price range and no one who will actually use the car, will buy it. (fallowing the foot steps of the enzo)

Besides the lifted chevy and the new challanger, it's nice to see real hot rods and classics at a car show.

It's a production based, race car. So it could be an F1 car with a 599 body for all we know.
