does anybody know if a 79-83 280z clutch master cylinder cap will work on a 73 620?

well ive got my 73 620 ive had for bout six years back home after spending five years sitting in a field out at my fathers farm. shes perty dirty. but it fired right up after sitting. but the plugs are HORRIBLE, fuel lines are cracked, heater core hose is blown. but it still fired up.il get some pics posted up here soon. gotta figure out how first.
