ok i havent posted anything in a while , yall prob thought i had given up but its the other way around . got my 620 running great , put a weber on runs like a champ anyways i just got a 510 wagon hope i have good luck w/ it as well . a guy i work with found 2 he got the best one i got the rusty one , he wants to trade it for my 620 but i dont know here are pics his is beige mine is like mustard color field fresh

i installed dash insert i got from work today, and also found an air cleaner truck didnt come w/ one. sprayed pb blaster on drums ,doing the brakes in the morning hope i get to drive around the block .:D

any one seen a carb like this? got her to move on her on skipping like a school girl though , cleaning today post more pics tonight . thanks for all the kind words . :D

Wow I think Ive found a home . I saw 27 shows from 1993 till 1995 tried to do spring tour or at least 4 to 5 show runs during that time . My first show was 9-8-93 Richfield Coliseum in Clevland opened w/ Feel Like a Stranger man i miss the fat man :( Got to see Jerry Band twice . I never went to a show in a Datsun though , always a VW Westy 1972 any way glad there are kind people here .

Hey yall , been looking around here for about a month it has inspired me to buy a 620 ! This is my first Datsun so im trying to learn as much as i can this fourm is great . My truck is a 1973 it is in good condtion body wise I just got it to run tonight , the carb didnt work so I had this old retired guy Iknow to rebuild it for me . Here is where it gets good , he said he had never seen a carb like it he says it looks like an industrial carb so i started looking at the 620s at my job (I work at a junkyard) we have four of them a 74 , 76, and two 78s all of those trucks have a valve cover that says Datsun ohc , but mine says Datsun 1600 ? Anyways Im glad to have joined and i will post pics here are 2 crappy cell pics .
