Did you index the parts of your drive line before taking it apart if no then rebalancing is in order replacing u-joints does fall under the repair catagory unless you put it back the same as it was

Excellent now to figure out the pinion diameter and spline count. By the way my intent is to figure out if an r200 companion flange can be mated to an h190. The r200 spline diameter is about 27 to 29mm hard to say I lack a caliper at the moment and spline count is 27 grooves. What ive found so far is the h190 runs a 45mm shaft through the seal and the r200 is a 40mm that can be adjusted with a sleeve. By the way thanks Ron for the quick reply.

Does anyone know what the input pinion spline is and the diameter of the companion flange into the differential?

Hello it's been awhile in my latest adventure with this car I pulled out all of the relays due to a weak starter/transmission interlock write up with pictures to come soon.

Right i'm okay with that but just as a quick reference to maintain a margin af fuel economy, how much horsies can I squeeze out of the L16

Where does this put me performance wise, do I continue the trait and upsize to a ka?

super easy find picked them up in the local orileys auto parts they were 10 or 12 bucks a pop

Yea the crimpers were just a standard pair my dad had around they did the job and I tug tested them but im not satisfied with the four and two in to one connections I think im going to redo those and solder them then go over the connections on the back with either heat shrink or liquid electical tape

So I cleaned up all under connections but I found the main contributor to the electical problems and this is my solution to the ancient fuse box All the cars features work now except the signals and high beams damn multi switch ill clean you too!!

Does anyone have the fuse layout for a 73 610 wagon I lack the cover for mine and a couple of the fuses are unidentified

I do agree that getting clumps of sludge in oil galleys is a very bad thing but with my truck the clumps were so large that when they came out it resembled gravel on my drain pan not sure where it all came from but I dont mind not having it attached to any of the reciprocating mass :)
