If worse comes to worse can't you just build a box for it? Granted it would mean it didn't have to be sealed but it should work no?
  2. Are you running a return line? It might be too small causing the FPR to not be able to control fuel pressure right. Maybe you have the system plumbed wrong. BTW from what I've heard, the walbro is more of a pusher then a puller pump, it should really be by the tank. Also, if there's fuel dripping out the exhaust, wouldn't your engine be hydrolocked from having a liquid in the combustion chamber? Any pictures of your fuel setup?
  3. Pretty sire that's a subtle Z kit, which means that airdam is specially made for those flaired front fenders.
  4. AZ guys we should have a meat (I kill me) there!!!
  5. How did you mount the rad? I've used a ZX rad on a Z before countless times, you just bend back a few tabs then drill like one or 2 holes and use some fender washers. I don't think I've ever had one low enough where it looked like it would be in danger of hitting something though. Nice going on the fix! I've done a fuel pump on a curb in my Z with cellphone light and know how much of a pain it can be!
  6. Somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed! If it's like early Nissan EFI, there's most likely an IAT in either the AFM, or it has a MAF sensor that could calculate air density since it measures temperature drop between heated wires. It's also very likely that the other airtemp sensor is purely for emissions which is why it's by itself because it was probably not necessary to meet the same emissions everywhere in the world.
  7. What year sentra is it going into? I have a 93 SE-R that I blew the engine on, and swapped in a avenir DET. It'd be a sleeper except for the open downpipe and loud BOV...
  8. I love the flairs on the first one, but how do you get IN it?!
  9. Doesn't the intake manifold have coolant that runs through it? Maybe it's not sealing right and dumping coolant in the intake track. Have you checked the coolant to see if it looks milky? Is it consuming coolant? It could possibly be just remnants from the build. I say top off the coolant and check the level after running it, just don't let it get too hot. Also, I believe burning coolant shows up in your spark plugs as they will look eerily clean.
