The blue 620 CC has been to the JDM Classic only once as I recall. High Impact has the yellow CC and the 2 1200 Coupes.
Somewhere there is a pic of the Clown car and my green coupe.
My understanding is that Ute seals are the same as sedan but not coupe. I have been told the Ute seals would work but they have to be cut in order to fit....not my cup of tea nor do I know how much truth there is to that. If memory serves the coupe part # ended in H1800 and the sedan/ute # ended in H1000(that is a big if BTW).
Love me some 1200.
The front wing window seals seem to be made of unobtainium.
Are you running 12" wheels and tires? They kind of look like 13". If they are 12" I would be interested in finding out where you acquired them.
When I was running Nissan parts departments everyone knew to come and get me if somebody came in with a Datsun.
It takes just about as long to ask what model and year the vehicle is as it does to run an inquiry to Nissan to see if the part is available.
No, $345.00 plus tax. No shipping, I picked it up at the warehouse. They have 40 some warehouses throughout the states.
Also, the place where all of the cracks intersect is smack dab in my line of vision.
Replaced the L/F wheel cylinder and now all 4 corners brake.
Replaced the rear glass weatherstrip. Got one from vintage rubber and it worked out quite well.
Checked compression and I think we are between 100 and 120 psi. I also think I need a new gauge. Seems like the previous owner may have thought TDC meant the crankshaft pulley should be in the center of the motor. Yes, it was advanced just about 3 inches give or take. We retimed it but did not get to give her a rip around the block because it started snowing this afternoon...it was 55 degrees and sunny around noon today.
The windshield has arrived and just waiting on the weatherstrip.
I should take some pictures and maybe post 'em.
To follow up, I just picked up a windshield for my 521. I ordered it through the above-mentioned site on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday. The warehouse was within 50 miles of my house. It was located in Albuquerque NM so if you are in SF it should be relatively easy to get.
14 years later and this thing has been killer....twice.
My 521 only wishes it could be this nice. I told it to wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which one fills up first.
Thanks for the bump.
Ended up ordering from them on Monday and picked up my glass on Tuesday about 50 miles from my house. So it was in stock at a "local" warehouse. I have also picked up a couple 510 windshields at this location although through a different distributor.
Rant section:
I had stopped by a local in my semi-rural town and asked if they could find a windshield for my 411. They said "no, you can't find those anymore" almost before I finished asking the question. I think the total time I spent trying to find this glass was about half an hour. I was full on prepared to spend 500 to 600 for the glass itself...I paid 345 + tax. What the guy doesn't know is that I own and operate 6 vehicles with 2 more in process, and another 3 behind that. He could've had my business for life.
limpwristedpinkocommiejackass.
End rant.
Yes, Williams. Across the street from Rod's Steakhouse (West). Not sure what year it was but am pretty sure Rod's was still open.
At least the Wiliams part of the above is correct, the rest may be a bit foggy...maybe.🤪
