i got her running and i just pulled the tranny so ill have to fuck aroun with that stuff after the tranny gos back in but thanks for the tips :)

how do you ajust idle on the 2.4?

how do i change this since the distributor has a off set slot on the rotor?

the timing is out 180°

if the chains off by a tooth could that cause me problems. i just found out the guy who i bought it off of had just done the headgasket

the wire locations are good

the tank was empty when we moved it so its all new fuel and we have been trying starting fluid. it still back fires out of the carb tho

the truck was driven a year ago and has been sitting since i have spark on all plugs. i have tryed proping open the choke and it didnt change anything.

the motor is a 2.4L

85 nissan king cab wont start and backfires out of the carb and wont start please help

i have a 85 nissan kingcab i bought for 300 bucks the only issue it has is i dosnt run. it seemes to backfire out of the carb and wont even sputer. the person who had it before me pulled off the destibuter. if anyone hs any ideas please share
