  1. if youre going to sell this, i'd be WAY more than interested. would make a damn nice mate for my 620, and the woman would have one to drive too. keep me in mind when you make your decision, please.
  2. tacocharlie

    67 520 .

hey guys, I just bought, but haven't picked up yet a 67 520. needs
  3. Damn if you were in Wisconsin I'd snag those 33's for my woods truck. Digging the 620 btw
  4. thank you, sir. i'll give it a whack.
  5. yes to the gear pattern question, and retailer bolt is below, or down.
  6. my 75 620 has a 5spd swap, but the swapper didn't swap the speedo gear. I pulled one from a 74 620, the gear is red, and much larger than my white gear. It wont go in, and I didn't want to force it. help!!!
  7. um, are you saying fanny packs aren't cool anymore? cuz I be rockin mine.
  8. torch. no, seriously. get the nut red hot, then slash with water. repeat a few times, with mild turns after the first few hot/cold baths. the temperature fluxation with expand and contract the metal, loosening the rust.
  9. ive seen two of these get tossed into the crusher. one was on an s10, the other a Datsun. I wouldn't mind one, for the nostalgia effect. i'd go a couple hundred, I think.
  10. and what about the rest of the 79? bumpers, glass, lenses, wiring, auxiliary controls, etc. hope you save those and more. hows the dash and antenna and package tray? I need those three items, as well as an unworn looking lights and wiper control. oh, and a hazards button too. let me know. I call dibbs on those items.
  11. umm...that's a crossmember....you kinda do need those.
  12. again I pose the question of a Toyota 2wd frame. more than abundant aftermarket support than for Nissan, and the dimensions should be quite close. I know around here anything hardbody or earlier is hard to come by, let alone Datsun...hell, mines the only one I know of in this part of the state.
  13. thanks guys. I t could have been a lot worse I know. @joecool....the hardbody was a truck I owned in late 90'2. it was the first bodied mini in Wisconsin. I bought it done out of ill., and the body drop was done in California by sean mahaney when he owned trendsetters. I sold it to buy back a b-series I had (DONT ASK!!!!!), and it subsequently was tossed from hand to hand atleast 6 times, before ending up, im told, in a junk yard in southern Wisconsin. I tried to find it again, but the kid I sold it to was the last registered owner, so I was harassing people as I found out their names, with the final guy telling me he sold it, and that guy junked it. im still heart broken over that.
