  1. Selling all of my KA stuff. Motor ran great about a year ago when it was pulled from an S13 coupe. Roughly 200k miles. Most everything needed for the swap minus an exhaust manifold and MAF sensor which are easy scooped up from CL or your local junkyard. Comes with harness plus another "parts" harness, ECU, igniter, starter, clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, motor mounts, 5 speed w/no shifter or clutch fork. No PS pump or AC. All this stuff for $300 firm. Not parting. Hoist is ready to go. 2. OK OK. UPDATE. Got a new job and moving to a new location to put the car indoors and get some work done. Picked up an SR!
  3. Rediculously reduced hours at work combined with this being a driveway project and living in washington's rain has slowed me down alot haha. New job hopefully in 2 weeks so ill be up and up on this thing.
  4. I would appreciate this car so much more if the owner didn't type like such a fanboi... Haha seriously.
  5. My name is Sean actually ahaha. LZ24 block i think? l20 head, sidedraft solex carbs. Just a jackass RX7 oil cooler up front as well that will be removed because its not actually hooked up. Word on the street is that it was a rally car at some point in its history. Im thinking it raced late 80's early 90's
  6. Just traded my s13 for this. Just thought I'd throw it out there.
  7. Required? Well i guess so in my case because it was the only way to get some meat between the mustache bar and the bumper since there wasnt much left of the cargo area.
  8. Thank you. The real trick is being hungry to achieve something that you want rather than being pro skillz at building this stuff. ...Also helps to have great enthusiasts around you as well.
  9. Yes ka24de will work as well as CA and SR im sure. I built it using stock KA mounts.
  10. Here are a few pictures of the crossmember i made from s13 center section adapted to the outers of a datsun crossmember. I pushed the motor 2-1/2 inches back from stock location (unsure of exact numbers as im not looking at the drawing), as well raising it up to prevent oil pan beat down. Also knocked the firewall back 2 inches to clear the head (no pics yet, but ill be out the tomorrow). Here are some of the RHD swap ive been messing with. Cut the spot welds on the steering column firewall mount and stuck it on the other side. 280ZX steering shaft and U joint comparison. 280ZX joint has more angle by far. 280ZX U joint welded to Datsun shaft.
  11. Very funny. Im not an avid posting gentleman at all lately. I will post some pics of recent progress ASAP as a ka24e is now fitted as well as full s13 right hand drive.
  12. way to bring the quiet cars up to the surface. they look great. wish i could hit multi project status with cars that are worth the shit.
  13. notice how all those cars drift poorly and spin out though... Im definitely an oldschool lover forever but they are in no way ideal drift cars especially for somebody that hasnt entered a drift event before.
