  1. Heres my 2 scooters, 2003 sportster and 1976 honda trail 90
  2. Welcome to the forum, I am new as well, my guess is that it would take brake fluid. Im sure someone will chime in with the correct info. Your truck looks like the body is in nice condition
  3. with that many original miles and condition, I would pay in the 3k range
  4. I coulld be wrong, but I believe mine is 10 gallons
  5. welded support brackets under cab, power washed to get ready for de rusting mission:w00t:
  6. did you check fuel pump, filter?
  7. Just came across this great thread. Very impressive:thumbsup:
  8. I just recently purchased a used Mig from craigslist that I will use for bodywork. I tested it last weekend and here's the situation. The welder has 4 heat range settings, the first 2 work fine and 3 & 4 nothing. I opened it up to check for anything obvious, but couldnt find anything. The switch looks fine. Is there some sort of fuse that works for the 2 higher settings? Oh, and the guy I bought it from said it all worked fine before he listed for sale:blink: Its a Powermate Professional Tote Mig 117-027
  9. When I first got the truck the headlights didn't work. So I got lucky and found that the switch was issue, just was sitting too long and the connections were dirty. Now I still am unable to find the problem with the cig lighter and the dome light. The manual says cig lighter has an inline fuse, just doesnt say where. And the dome light, I've tried changing the bulb, cleaning the lamp, and cleaning the little door switches. Still no worky::confused: Anyone have any ideas? TIA
  10. Ok, im kinda in the same situation, my floor board is a bit rusted out on the drivers, just the outer portion of the 2 layers where your feet rest. My solution is: I bought a used mig welder and went to home depot and bought some sheetmetal, so now im ready to cut grind and weld:w00t:
  11. Nice block off plate. All you need to do now is thread the hole for the PCV, get a hose with a right angle bend and start selling them as a kit:thumbup:
  12. I'll have to take another look, I thought the PCV was connected directly to the manifold, If not I'll have to come up with way to remove the EGR and still have a vaccuum for the PCV hose, no big deal either way. Yes, the AC does Thanks for everyones great comments I will continue to post as things progress:)
