Im not sure where to put this... move if needed? :) Im buying my buddies 1993 std cab short bed Hardbody 4x4. The input shaft bearing went bad and and messed up the bell housing and messed up the input shaft/gear. I know how hard finding one of these transmissions is. Looking for someone who maybe knows a good deal about them? Trying to see if any KA input shaft from another KA car would work. or maybe a KA 2wd truck and swap bellhousings/input shafts. kind of stuck. too good of a deal on a nice truck to just give up on it.

Been a while, anyone seen it? :hmm: Didn't think i'd miss driving it as much as i do. haha.

Have gotten a few comments on it. :) 2wd 5spd transmission 3" lowering blocks in the rear and torsion bar dropped front and rides really well (once again!) :) paint job by maaco about ten years ago. have a canopy for it as well, that locks with keys. clean title in my name in my possession.. my Daily driver and is fun. Starts right up from on a cold morning. I have all the paper work from the dealer and for the paint job. did a little poking around adjusting things, and now it idles smooth. :) . and i also fixed the torsion bar bolts. so it rides nice now... :) great little truck. just not my style... well see, i had a ford explorer for a short time... then the guy wanted it back. so i got my 720 back. probably best. now i just gotta wait till this weekend before i can get it. :( i LOVE 4x4. didnt think it would be so hard having the 720 and not having it.

Selling it to get a pathfinder.... what i know and love. because i miss 4wd... so in a way ill still be in a datto :) The white on my dads yfz is thrashed....

Meh, i wont have my truck for much longer. hell no! haha. ive got a white lt-z400. i want yellow plastics or atleast a different color. :P My dad also has a white yfz-450.... :O

Are those mazda truck wheels? look similar to my friends. his truck is a mazda b2200i. haha. nice truck! :) Side note, can i have the plastics from that LT-Z??? :O

Haha. nah. it was just running a little low and lacked some power. got it under control now. :)

Low cylinder pressure? Well i played with the idle screw and throttle cable some today. got it at a more happy level. :) im content with it. haha

Well. i put the torsion bolts back in. rides SO much better. who does that? who likes banging their head on the ceiling every time they hit a bump? just silly i tell you... had to pay 9$ for a new u bolt since the pin sheared off the lowering block. and the guy that had it decided to cut off one of the long ends on ONE of the ubolts. and it got stripped out.. cut of a bolt to stick in the lowering block so it wont shift around. put that back together... rides SO much better. now. :confused: <_< :frantics: :no: :fu: :blink: :wacko: all of my expressions... now to figure out its running condition.... i saw a flame/spark shoot out of the tail pipe earlier!! :hyper: seems to do it when i press the gas, and then let go. while crusing. sometimes i can get it to do it standing still. makes a pop noise. :unsure: Flamethrower mod engaged???? :rofl:
