I think i have found a new head...it is off a z22, but has a knock sensor and one of the water jackets is a little different...it is a reman head at a machine shop and they say neither the water jacket or knock sensor hole is a big deal...and that it will work....any advice....also they have talked about me sending them my head and line boring the journals and putting in a z24 cam....any one done this in a z22 head?....will that z24 cam cause any timing issues?

I was formerly FHMan1905, but i can't remember my password and my old email account was hacked, so i can't even log in...Made a new ID.... I have an 81 720 with a z22.....blew a head gasket the other day and pulled the head this morning, and the cam journals are beat to pieces...i guess the head gasket was the least of the problems....Wondering what my options are...I am having some issues finding a complete reman head with a cam...so just curious as to options...any help would be great! Thanks Guys!
