  1. you are obviously a rube with no automotive building or r&d experience whatsoever....my ka24det will kick your sorry little bottom from the US to Canada and back and back again. Furthermore....it is in a Datsun roadster, not a 240sx.....can you even read?
  2. obviously knowledge is something experienced, not read. YOU HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING>>>BIOTCH
  3. We are trying to make this our tradition, depending on the rain of course....but if it snows....wooohooo http://i1337.photobucket.com/albums/o673/u20bomber/008-1_zps2e3900d1.jpg
  4. But of course, I am in fact that crazy Canadian, whith a Shasta award and damn proud of it...I think..... But the question now is...who are you?
  5. what I did for my rusty rear quarters is I found some crappy front fenders, cut the flares off and reversed them left to right and welded them back on the rear so the front and back had the same flare. It turned out really well.
  6. Dude, its the compression of air that gets hot, so yes, you do need an INTERCOOLER or you might detonate. Furthermore, a supercharger is parasitic...taking usable power to make power....a turbo is free horespower.
  7. here are my pics http://s1337.beta.photobucket.com/user/u20bomber/library/
  8. actually, that is not a GM coil trick, it is an electromtive coilpack for the electromotive programmable ecu. I have seen this car and talked with its owner
  9. Ok, ok, the pics are on the way...but in the meantime....the na ka24de was an easy fit, some cutting, fabricating and welding. Until the clutch died, it ran really well with gobs of torque and a nasty howl out the back 2.5 inch exhaust. So, a new ACT clutch, fmic, top mount manifold,SR Garrett turbo and a 3inch mandrel bent from turbo back and its a whole new beast. I had a u20 with a 60 hp shot of nitrous and thought that was pretty good, but this little beast far outdoes that. I can roast the tires at will and at 60km p/h roast them again and go a bit sideways. Looks like an OS Giken limited slip is next.
  10. Hi all, I am new here, but have been a roadster guy since 91 and have done 15yrs of Shasta. I started with an R16, then a U20, then a nitrous U20 and now a ka24det. I was just wondering if anyone else has this setup so we can compare whatever. Thanks U20-Bomber
