  1. In Tank pump The wheels are 15x8.25, motor is "supposed" to make 400+ HP so I'm looking into wider rears. Uploading another pack of photos
  2. Over a year ago I bought a shell and had big plans for my 1972 2dr 510. I had posted some pics and had a lot of questions and everyone asked to see a build thread once I got it going so here it is. I will list details at some point but wanted to post some pics of the progress. Hoping to be driving sideways by summer. I will post some pics of it early on so you can see how far it has come in the next few days.
  3. Indy 510, Answered my ? perfectly. Thank You, I now know the value of my car once built. Not for sale but just because I want to know. Top 510 on EBAY right now is 42K. Should check it out, nice ride. Ill start a build thread in Nov.
  4. I agree with doing it because I enjoy my ride, thats what Im doing as my car is not for sale. Was purely wondering what the most expensive 510 sold for. Thank you for the help. And the humor of course
  5. I am building my 1972 2door 510 and am putting a lot of time and $ to do it right 100%, no shortcuts. I know it is near impossible to get all the $ you put into a car out of it if sold but I am wondering if anyone knows the upper range of 510s sold. I have searched on the web and found nothing on the upper tier of Datsuns sold. My car is not for sale but Id just like to know. Thanks for any help
  6. I did, He did finish the first deal but the 2nd went south. Im hoping this gets him to either refund or send me the parts. Im hoping for the parts but u never know. Just trying to get some action on his part.
  7. I had Paid member KARNUTZ about 6 months ago for various parts. Still to this day have recieved nothing. He will not refund my money, send the dam parts or messege me back. My $ was good but his end of the deal was not. Do Not Buy From Karnutz. If you read this karnutz, Ill update it and let everyone who reads this thread know as soon as you have kept your end of the deal. I gave you your chance to make it right
  8. My new rims, Project is moving along. Custom Front X member and rack and pinion setup just arrived. Time to get it rollin
  9. My New Rims, Tires to follow. Will add pics to my build thread as well.
  10. Would a 225 be enough to not let the rim stick out further than the tire. I want to go as wide as I can within reason. Dont want the tires out way past the rims or the other way around. 225 or 250?
  11. I have purchased a set of 15x8.25 rims and am looking into what tire size to put on them. I have a 72 2 door 510 and i will be BRE flaring all fenders. Rims are 0 offset. Id like a tire that does not let the rim stick out further than the tire and gives me as much tire as possible without looking bad. Ill be going with toyo RA1 tires. Ive looked online and find only answers pertaining to specific makes of cars. Thanks in advance for the help
  12. Ok ,so I picked up a set of 15x8.25 and Im flaring all four fenders. What would be a good trie size that would not have the rim sticking out further than the tire. I have looked online and only find info pertaining to specific makes of cars. Going with Toyo RA1 tires but need info on what size width and sidewall. Thanks in advance for the help
  13. The first said with a little work they do fit. The concern for them was the wheel well arc. I am going to cut that off anyhow and use BRE flares from troy. Anything else you find would be cool. And thanks for the heads up for sure. Ill let you know what i find out this week when we start looking at it
