Hey guys, i just bought a Weber carb for my 521 1600, was wondering if there was any tricks i should know before putting it on? I bought this truck from SulphurDAVE, the carb was toast, miising parts or something. any help would be appreciated

great lookin truck! i was gonna go with the white walls and hubcaps, but man,,,you got me liking them old Cragar slots now.

The man i bought my lil truck from, dismantled it and lost/forgot parts on how it goes back together. I havent really looked at it myself, so i was looking into a conversion. ty for your fast comment. Someone told me the Weber was hard to adjust, but that was his opinion from another project.

I am new to this thread and just purchased a 72 521-1600. I am wanting to swap carb to a Weber. Which is better the Wk657 or the Wk663, i know one is Manual choke and the other is Electric, just wondering which is the preferred. Thank you, im loving the forum! Still have a lil paperwork to get done on truck, but making a WISHLIST.
