first off i did but i couldnt find anything, and for a 72 510 2 door, basically what ever it takes to fix it

Im tired of my car leaking and want to put in new window seals but have heard some are good and some are crap and want to get the right ones, any suggestions Thanks Jonah

Thanks everyone for the help, i was hoping the narrow the track width was true. and im still new here and i had no idea i posted this not in the 510 section

So i have done all the reading and know that 280zx struts give a 510 bigger brakes,and and option for lower car but i have been told by one person that is actually pulls the wheels in half an inch on each side, is that true

I have been driving my 72 510 2 door and lowered it some and realized that my inserts are shot, but i cant find inserts for the stock 510 struts. Do the 280zx inserts fit in 510 struts or another inserts fit?

That's basically what i have been doing. I had been looking for a long time and then found all 4 within like a week so now i can start learning everything now cuz i have alot of projects

Can you put z car struts in to a 510 or not? I know you can put the 280 zx ones in and get bigger brakes in the process but would it be just as easy to do z car ones?

Ok thanks, What about a 280z 5 speed swap. Do you have to shorten the drive line and lengthen the shifter hole?

I started putting my ll20 in my 510, but realized when it was in that the oil pan doesnt clear the front crossmember and the stearing linkage. Does this mean that i have too get the l16 oil pan and oil pick up?

Ok sweet thanks, Im going to look into that, and is it easyer to find like lowering kits for the 280zx front suspension rather then stock 510
