  1. Thank you so much everyone for your passion for this subject and obvious wealth of knowledge you possess. You have helped a great deal.
  2. These are of which I speak. https://technotoytuning.com/nissan/240z/rear-lower-control-arms-datsun-240z-260z-280z
  3. So I could put some ZX tubular A Arms on my 73 610 and it would only widen the rear by 1/4"? They are a direct bolt on swap?
  4. Yes but my passenger seat is the only one salvageable. The driver seat is so hammered, the bitchin' flower-patterned vinyl will probably not be able to be saved. I would love to keep these original however, without another decent seat I'm afraid it will look terrible.
  5. Hey everyone. I am looking into replacing my hammered front seats in my 73' 610 and just don't know which direction to go. It's a built performance car so should I grab seats from an S2000? RX8? Nismo? Obviously I wouldn't like a week of work to fit these things. What do you have in your 610? I appreciate all your opinions.
  6. Yo! I have a '73 610! 48,000 original miles. I am the 2nd owner. Troy Ermish supension, header 15x8 wheels dual Weber 40's
  7. I do believe it is the B series Transmission.
  8. I heard that the 280Z transmissions are a great fit for the 610 because you don't have to modify the driveshaft however, will I have to cut the shifter hole to allow the Z transmission to fit?
  9. Thanks for the info guys. I had a feeling due to pictures i saw of the correct transmission, just really wanted to believe it would work. I need a freeway gear!
  10. There is a 210 Transmission for sale - FS5W60L - Will this fit my 1973 L18?
  11. I have a shorty style Mikuni manifold because it wont interfere with the brake booster on my 73 610. I cannot find 2 Mikuni 40's to save my life, so I guess im going to have to put some Weber 40's on it. Im worried that the linkage supplied with the Webers' will not work with the Mikuni manifold. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Is there something to worry about here? By the way, if you have a set of Mikuni 40's sitting around, I would love to take them off of your hands. Thanks!
  12. Hi all, I got a duel Mikuni side draft intake for my 73 610 because it is the short style and when the carbs are on it will not interfere with my brake booster like the longer cannon intake. Here is my issue: I cannot find and Mikuni 40's to save my life so if anyone has a pair sitting around, I would love to take them off your hands. It looks like I am going to have to put 2 Weber 40's on this manifold, which is fine I guess but I am concerned that the linkage will not work with the matchup. Has anyone had any experience with this issue and how can it be solved?
  13. I know that this question is an opinion question more than anything however, here is what I want in a muffler: low-to-medium tone at idle and when I get on the throttle quite hard, I want it to scream and really complement that lovely L-series sound. I am wondering what muffler you have and how you like it. Thanks!
  14. I stand corrected. AS you might have figured out, I am not a carb guy. I appreciate the info.
