so im goin to weld my rear end on my 521 , do i have remove the axles to get the cover of the rear end ? do i have to remove the 1 1/8 nut where the drive shaft bols up?
so i just put a top mount header and a t28 turbo on my sr20 s13 and my question now is do i have to tune/dyno the truck right away? i no that i should sooner than later ,but will the ecu change air/fuel ratios and all that jazz to make the motor run correctly?
so i have a stock turbo of a rb 26 that i was thinking about rebuilding that and putting it on the sr , but dos that open a can of worms ,can i run the same injectors/ fuel rail ? either way im going to have to tune it and was planning on doing this upgrade sometime in the future ,so i mine as well just do it now
just got my sr20 running in my 521 a few weeks ago , the turbo makes a high pitch wine when it starts producing boost , so i took of the intake and felt for slop in the shaft and there is no slop in and out but quite a bit up and down. i also am seeing oil residue in the turbo ?????
Ya ive been thinking about that and that might b the root I wana go worst comes to worst I have another truck that I can pull yhe rear end out of and put it back to stock
has any one put a posi rear end in there 521. if so what rear end works? can you just change the gears in the stock rear end to make it posi? any help is much appreciated
so i bought/ installed 2 in line residual valves and it seems to have done the trick. still cant get the peddle as stiff as id like it but no more siezing.
Im not sure about the master it was given to me and I was told is was out of a 280 , z or zx im not sure . Seems to be more the fronts than the backs and ya when I raise the tires a can't turn the wheels by hand . Dident think about checking for play in the peddle when there siezed up so i dont no . Sounds like its time for a new master .?
