  3. yeh i already blew out my 720 rear end.(sorry senitive people but i break stuff!) so i plan to go with a supra rear end as soon as i brake it hes gunna help with the custom 4 link i want it low ;) but it would be fun
  4. yes and all three cars as well. well i did tear up the 510 i have the cross member the k member struts brakes engine tranny clutch assembly master/slave cylinder's blah blah. so i just got done with my 64 impala so now im goin to pull the b210 arround so im assumon the easiest swap is the l20b w/4speed and leave the truck alone cause i do have a single weber manifold for the l20b tho cool!
  5. i am now going to stuff the lz24 n 5speed from my 85 720 to the b210 much less work for now im tired of looking at em sit there i want in!
  6. cool thanks cause i actually have a 85 720 wich is where im getting the z24 and the 5 speed my b210 is the a14 automatic so with my poor literal skills you answered my question. thanks the l20b i have with the 4speed i pulled from a 79 4dr 510 i pulled the k member the cross member the pedals brakes everything. other than the obvious do i need to put the brake setup i had on the 510 on the b210 to compensate for the whieght? and is the splines the same from my b210 driveshaft to the 85 2wd 720s 5speed. and what about the cross member from the 510 or the 720 ? iether of those work. again thank you. i have a post lost somewhere in time in datto section for my 78 b210 ill ressurect it and start putting up picks as soon as i tear in to it.
  7. long time no talk.....im getting back to my datsuns ans i want to drive one right now so i got a block for my 85 720 (z24) so i could drive it but i have to swap the rear end becasue i btoke it. So i have a l20b w/4speeed and i have a z24/ 5speed and a a14 w/ automatic long story short my goul is a z22 stroker with the 5 speed and a supra 4-link in the 78 b210 but for now i wounder if the becasue the a-14 is straight up and down but still an l head tranny couldnt i put the z24 with the 5 speed and retain the auto drive line in the 210 and drive the b210?

  9. i am wondering does anyone have or know where to find a l20b diagram with torque settings and all that fun stuff i just got the gasket set and the timing set so im about to tear into it also do i need a bell housing adapter for my 720 5-speed to mate to the l20b??? somone said i can use that 5-speed with my b210 auto drive shaft and everything should be fine for my b210 swap
  10. on my 510's cross member for the b210 l swap do i need the steering box as well from the 510 or will the b210's work
  11. yeh it should be cool especially with that 720's 5-speed and for now im thinkin i will use a single side draft until i rebuild again with inner's and i got 4/11's out of my dad's 521 :D
  12. if you look at my posts youll see my 720 truck and it is that manifold i want to put that weber set up on my l20b for my 78 b210
