Well, this is my first post here, I've been a long time user on Club4AG, but I really would like an old Datto, kinda got Datsun fever, would really like a 510, 521, or a 620, possibly an S30 Z, but must be manual trans and must pass smog(if post '75). But, shoot me some offers, old Datsuns, Toyotas, whatever;) Moving on..... The Good. She's an '86 Toyota Cressida Sport( with functioning TEMS) factory 5-speed and is my current DD. Starts right up everytime, and runs great. Also passed smog last year.Tires are fairly new. Was previously owned by a Toyota Factory Technician. The body is very straight, few dings and dents here and there. Just over 179,xxx miles, recently replaced water pump, alternator, timing belt, starter, spark plugs, front main seal, both camshaft seals, and valvecover gasket. It has an Alpine headunit and a Broadway mirror. The car also has an 88 Rotors drilled and slotted rotor kit(with PBR pads I believe) Got the car straight-piped from the cat, and it was a little loud(for the cops:))so I put a Thrush glasspack on it and it still sounds good, just mellowed down a bit. Car also will come with an uninstalled MK2 Celica Supra LSD (with gear oil and friction modifier)out of an auto, so, it should be 4.10. Would be a great platform for 1JZ/2JZ or 1UZ swap The Bad. Well, the cam seals and front main seal were replaced in the process of hunting down an oil leak, which was discovered( oil pump driveshaft seal), but currently hasn't been fixed. She goes through about a gallon of oil every month or so depending on how much you drive. The Ugly. The interior is OK, grey leather, door panels are nice, headliner has one small rip, driver's seat is kinda thrashed, pass is a little better, bottom of back seat has a couple decent sized cracks, but overall, not too bad. The paint is okay, looks great from the side or if its wet Has the usual sunburnt hood/roof/trunk and has some holes drilled in the trunk from PO ( probably from some stupid wing) Car is located in Sutter Creek, CA. About 45 min east of Sacramento. If someone wants to just offer me cash, instead of a trade, I'd have to say $3,500, as long as you're willing to travel to Sutter Creek. Reply on thread or email me.
