Price lowered to $2600

I said the price is negotiable, but nobody seems to want to throw an offer. $500 is about how much my front bumper is worth. the taillights are about that price brand new from datsunrestore.com. This 510 is in better shape than any datsun you will ever find in the bushes. come see it in person and tell me its worth $500, not gonna happen. Its easy to make them run if you have the time, which i dont. Got three dogs three cats and a wife and 2 jobs I can strip everything i want from this car and sell it for 1500. Would I do that to a 510? I could, i could sell it back to a vato for $3000, already turned him down because i wanted to give it to a real 510'er.

Yeah come buy it and get it running buddy! bring a distributer. And if you dont want to buy this car then why are you looking at this for sale forum?

I Saved it from a guy who left it for dead in his brothers yard, and his brother wanted it gone. The guy i got it from bought from non other than a mexican, and it seems only meth heads have wrenched on it. i got a decent motor for it, then my daily driver blew up and there went my cash. this car was going to be the car that i was buried in.....but another 510 will come my way when the money is right. or so im hoping. for now someone can have this great piece of machinery, and i hope i see her on the road with someone with an ear to ear grin on their face.

My buddy brian built the motor, we dropped it in but as for the wiring.....everything is there and then some! so we didnt know wtf. so what im trying to say is i have never even tried to turn it over. i just threw the car in the garage. its got potential to scream.

Im in a little more than $3000 for it. asking 35 but willing to negotiate.

clean 1972 Datsun 510 4 door. original yellow. no serious rust at all!!!!! Original jdm tailights w chrome trim. original front bumper. original grill. r-160 lsd. z car 5 speed(not a dog leg). Reupholstered rear seat blac and yellow really nice. Nice wheels and alot of tread on the tires. I was going to eep this car for the rest of my life, but shit happends haha. I need money and time for her and right now I cant give her my all. The motor is a freshly built L18 new pistons ported open chamber head. webber 32/36. needs registration, engine to be wired and valves to be adjusted. could use suspension tune up.

Will my L16 head fit on my L20 block?? And also will my L20 comp cam fit in the L16 head? Im debating doing this because I cant really find any L20 timing covers. Some smart guy(previous owner) tried to put the L16 timing cover on the L20 block and head with some rtb, and it leaks oil like a son of a bitch. So While I have the L20 head off and the L16 timing cover on, would it make sense to throw on that L16 head on hopes to fix that oil leak??
