  1. I was told when I bought the truck that it is due for a carb rebuild. That is on the agenda for the summer. I have noticed that when I shut the engine down, it really is rough as it powers down. Is this because the carb is going or is there something else I need to be looking into? Thanks!
  2. Well heck, I didn't even think to check the dealership. I called them and they are able to get both the visor clips and the sliding window latch. I asked for the part numbers, and then plugged the part numbers into nissanpartszone.com and they sell them too. Thanks for this. Sometimes the most obvious answer is the most elusive. LOL.
  3. Thanks guys! I am not changing the visor clips...I don't have any so I am trying to find some. I have looked tons of places online and can't seem to find any that say they will work with this truck.
  4. I have an 84 Deluxe King Cab Z24. What years are most parts interchangeable? I mostly need small things, like visor clips, back sliding door latch, etc. But also need to replace the bumper and front drivers side fender. I am going to call around to some junkyards but don't want to waste time if a part won't fit. thanks!
  5. Thanks for all the replies! These ideas will really help.
  6. Hi all. Newb 720 owner. I have a couple of issues but one that is bugging the crap out of me. When I go to pull the hood release lever, it releases but the hood does not bounce up. So when I let go of the lever, it locks it in place again. Right now, I use a bungee cord to wrap around the hood release pull the the steering wheel. I need to fix this but am unsure of what I am missing. There is actually a spring next to the hood latch, but what is it that actually forces the hood to rise above the latch when I pull the lever? Yeah, I am new to this and a girl, so don't be to harsh. Just tell me what part I need to fix. Thanks!
  7. I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am that you posted this! After replacing my door hinge yesterday and breaking off several screws I found several places that I needed new screws, clips, etc. This site is awesome and helps me to know WHICH ones to buy based on the diagrams. For a newbie 720 owner any help is appreciated. You said you have other sites that are good? Would you mind sharing? Thanks!
