  1. ​so a couple of my buddies have ae86 corollas and the suspension up front is nearly identical to the 510. Anybody ever do a full lca and strut swap into a dime? I figure because there are a lot of choices for parts and weight and dimensions of the a8e6 chassis is pretty close to the 510. I was also thinking about hacking up an 86 x member for the rack and pinion mounts and making them one with my McKinney x member. maybe even modify the 86 x member to fit into the 510 with an sr.. any thoughts or input on that idea?
  2. Just out of curiosity I would like to see what brand of brake pads everybody is using on their dime with 280zx brakes up front..

  5. I read the lsd ratio of this diff is 3.54. Is it usable? They have one at the junkyard by my house. Thinking of picking it up so a fellow dimer can use. But not sure if its worth it or not

    Troy ermish built a 2.3 liter big bore l20 that dynoed 198hp and 198tqs http://www.ermish-racing.com/home.cfm . Not 200 hp but damn near close and runs off 91 octane

  11. I had custom top strut nuts machined to fit the s13 camber plates with a mr2 strut thread. Might be your best route to go
  12. Yea I'm looking for a hand actuated handbrake for drifting. I built a hydraulic handbrake the other day and installed inline to my rear brakes but couldn't get it to bleed properly so I had to ditch the setup and need to go for an independant system
  13. I've looked around and couldn't find anything. Does anyone make any brackets for a 510 (coupe) that allow you to use 2 calipers per side in the rear so I can build a dedicated hydraulic handbrake setup? Or should I buy another set of 200sx brackets and hack em up and weld them to the side of my original (200sx adapter) brackets? Anyone running a dual caliper setup on their datsun?
  14. Anyone know if the stock 200sx handbrake cables will fit the 510? Anyone have a handbrake style lever with this setup?
  15. Would a 5/8 mc work? How would that affect the brakes vs the 7/8 mc?
