so finally got my wheels and tires on? what do you guys think? I need help for lowering the front. which is the best way to close the gap between fender and wheel? I already cranked the torsion bars all the way and took out bump stops. Don't know what to do? https://flic.kr/p/qRsoxk https://flic.kr/p/rN8BEj

just bought my first 521datsun cant wait to start building. first I payed 600 for it. it has a electric fuel pump, its a j13 motor with a 4 speed. the lady I bought it from says it needs a starter. sure enough pulled it out took it to get checked. they said it was still good so I put it back in after not running for 8 years it fired right up. I did change the spark plugs though. after that I turned it off and now it wont start. got the starter checked again and it was bad after all. so now I need a starter for a j13. also changed the valve cover seal.
  13. OK thanks for the info guys farmer how are running the air shocks in the rear do you have a little compressor in your truck

    is it safe

I was wondering if it was safe to run only one nut on the torsion bars because there's two of them when adjusting them to go up or down?
