Idk how bad it is but I did it and it's pretty stiff and rids ok. I took out the bigger leaf and put it on top and used C clamps to smash it flat and threw the bOlt back in. And added a 2" block. Running 195/50/14r stock bumps about 1" away. I'd post a pic but my iPhone can't do it an I dnt have a computer right now. Ill try to get one. Id say it lowered it 4" about from stock. ??

I havnt put any pics up of mine after I've worked on it lil but it drives now and runs okay. Ima try an make it to this meet. Depends if the Datsun wants to start that day. I'm sure I'll have the truck that looks the worst. Lol roof cut off by idiots,rusty floor and big holes in the seat bigger hole in floor pan hahaha. But excited to go. I'm curious. That low and it looks like u got good clearance. Is ur exhaust in the stock location?

Well it's about 26" and I dnt have a door sticker. I'll b looking for a dogleg 5sp, hopefully local or a good deal with shipping.

I have a 73 620 with a L18 4speed. I'd like to put a 5speed in . But dnt want to have to mess with changing anything else. Wat cars or trucks work? I know there's. Part numbers on trans that tell u what they r right?? Where is it located and how do I know what the numbers mean. Help me :)

Man I thought ive read tons of stuff on these datsuns. Lots of forms, and ratsun being the most helpful, and I never came across this information. I'm glad i asked. I'll stop trying to find one now lol

Thx for the info, That sux man I really want one in my truck. Any ideas with out cutting up my console a bunch? Or should I just not bother putting one in. I dnt wanna customize much, i was just hoping for bolt up an b done.

I wish I had the arm rest too. I have two of the other one I jus bought and they dnt fit. It hits the heater box or vents down there and the shifter has no room to shift up? I'd love to show pics but I dnt have a computer and photobucket won't work on my phone. But do u see what I'm talking about? I dnt think changing shifter would do anything.

Ive owned a 1973 620 for abOut 3-4 Months now and I've looked around and I can't find anything about 620 center concoles. I bought some but they didn't fit. :( is there any pics out there on what they looks like? Or did they even come with any that yr? I dnt wanna cut to make these fit. Then my heater vents will b blocked too. I need help
