1975 Datsun b210 for sale. Wife wants it gone. She even asked me to junk it and I ain't doing that. Motor is good and transmission is good. There's a problem with the carb. When I got it running, it ran for a while and stalled. I took the gas tank,put a fuel cell in, and rebuilt the carb. It ran for a while and stalled again. I haven't messed with it since.

I RECENTLY SPUNG A LEAK IN MY HEATER CORE SO I BYPASSED IT . I ALSO CHANGED MY THERMOSTAT OUT. NOW ITS RUNNING HOT .IS IT BECAUSE I BYPASSED THE CORE OR IS THE RADIATOR OR WATER PUMP GONE BAD.

can a bad brake booster cause the car to stall when i put it in gear

Hey. I'm from Alabama also.
Not too many Datsuns around here. Got any pictures of yours? I've seen a B210 in Leeds, AL a handful of times, and I think they're pretty cool looking.

i wish i had a 5 speed. or even knew how to convert to a 5 speed i would be a happy mofo

the previous owner has all of the vacuume lines pluged

can a torque converter cause a problem like this?

No i have not done that yet. I just worked out all of the fuel line and fuel pump issues, but I will try that monday

when i put the car in drive it stall. so i adjust the idle higher and it runs in gear but i have to press really hard on the brakes to keep the car from taking off. after 30 minutes or so of running the car stalls but wont start again for a while
