"A comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, governments and major groups, in every area in which human impacts on the environment.” ...... United Nations
It was signed by Bush in 1992 making the United States the single largest "member". In full implementation ALL land designation & use would be controlled by the UN and/or a one world government.
Of course this violates Constitutional law but they're slowly whittling away at our Constitutional Rights anyhow. It's only a matter of time......... wIth each passing generation the importance of the Bill of Rights and how they work in conjunction with one another to keep THE GOVERNMENT in check is being lost.
So far a dozen or so States have passed legislation banning it....... the "push" is "bottom up". Meaning that local/state governments are to roll out "policies or programs" supporting the agenda. Those that oppose, warn that the first signs that local/state government are taking Agenda 21 action or moving in that direction, is the "closing" of public land or even roads.
