  1. well the door jams engine bay, and trunk will be all painted proior to motor going in...but I want to drive it as soon as possible so the body will wait until I have a running and driving 510
  2. post a video of it being jumped in a couple of days:D :D
  3. you would be correct in that bet....
  4. well i recently started a project on a weee little trail bike should be done in like a day so progression will resume on the datto soon enough....btw still need all electical switches for headlights wipers blinkers high and low beam and ignition....so any leads on those items would be awesome....also suggestions on wheter is should do the motor and driveling first or the body and paint first would be appreciated.....cuz everyone loves a sleeper    !
  5. 6.5 rims 195/55R15 tires....would love to run 7" rim with 205 45R16 tires
  6. well the prob im runnin into is i want to run wider tires without rubbing issues and the car is going to be sitting low at times ...also im putting a sr in it so the extra tire width would be nice....and the tires i have now are 6.5's and they rub the fender lip in the rear and the cotrol arm when fully lowered onto bump stops.... granted that i havent tried rolling the fenders in the rear yet..but i also have bre style fender flares up front...so unless someone wants to trade straight up for regular fiberglass front fenders....not putting flares in the rear would be kinda silly eh?
  7. Nice!!! thanks for the links.....but I still have no idea where to get these flares...I have 2 rear flares for a 2 door but they dont quite match up Thanks, Ben
  8. Is it possible to put fender flares on a 1972 510 4 door sedan?....If so where can I get them and what is the procedure to installing them.... Any help is welcome preze   Thanks, Ben
  9. yeah im not a huge fan of the paint either but I didnt resto it...I would repaint but the guy who redid it did a hella legit job...painted tranny, motor, enginebay, interior and underbody to match the pink...
  10. top end as in its not fast at all...past 40mph it doesnt acelerate to quickly :(
  11. actually we have had a record setting year so far ...and today im going to go and try and mount up the front fenders and look a little farther into rolling the rear fenders...also further prep the engine bay for paint.....
  12. crossmemeber is one made by mckinney motorsports made...Had to be tweaked a little bit for the sr...and as soon as I can I will put up more pictures...
  13. My dime at the time being.....I hope to meet up with all of you someday so I can see some of these amazing cars in person:lol:
  14. My main daily driver went down so I needed something quick....and this popped up. Its a 2002 nissan xterra with a 3.3L supercharged v6 no real top end but it is a lot of fun to drive something that you dont care how it looks and you just want the motor to rebuild it and put it in a rat rod haha!!
  15. This is a truck that my dad and I went Halves on :D It is a 1968 chevy c10...lowered, chop top, leather interior, 454 big block, turbo 350 trans, 12 bolt rear end......complete resto and its faster than all hell! :D :D :D
